AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2038

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2038 by deleting everything after the enacting clause and replacing it with the following:

“ARTICLE 1

    Section 5.  The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects and purposes hereinafter named, are appropriated to the Department of Human Services, payable from the General Revenue Fund:

  For Grants Associated with Child Care

   Services, Including Operating and

   Administrative Costs...................... $338,475,500

  For a grant to the Autism Program for an

    Autism Diagnosis Education Program

    for Individuals...................................... 0

  For Grants and Administrative Expenses

   for After School Youth Support

   Programs............................................. 0

  For Early Intervention........................ 64,691,900

ARTICLE 2

    Section 5.  The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects and purposes hereinafter named, are appropriated to the Department of Public Health, payable from the General Revenue Fund:

  For Expenses for Breast and Cervical

   Cancer Screenings, minority outreach,

    and other Related Activities................. 4,000,000

ARTICLE 999

Section 99.  Effective date.  This act takes effect on July 1, 2015.”.
