| 3 | replacing lines 1 through 20 with the following:

| 4 | "Section 25. Discipline. Any sexual orientation change | ||||||
| 5 | efforts attempted on a person under the age of 18 by a mental | ||||||
| 6 | health provider may be considered unprofessional conduct. | ||||||
| 7 | Mental health providers found to have engaged in a sexual | ||||||
| 8 | orientation change effort on a patient under the age of 18 may | ||||||
| 9 | be subject to discipline by the licensing entity or | ||||||
| 10 | disciplinary review board with competent jurisdiction.".
