| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Regulatory Sunset Act is amended by changing |
| 5 | | Section 4.26 and by adding Section 4.36 as follows:

| 7 | | Sec. 4.26. Acts repealed on January 1, 2016. The following |
