Amends the Township Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning
contracts relating to insurance.

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 | | Section 5. The Township Code is amended by changing Section |
| 5 | | 30-41 as follows:
|
| 6 | | (60 ILCS 1/30-41)
|
| 7 | | Sec. 30-41.
Notwithstanding any provision of this Act to |
| 8 | | the
the contrary, the
township board of trustees may make |
| 9 | | contracts relating to insurance. In no
event shall the duration |
| 10 | | of the contract exceed the board term by more than one
year. |
| 11 | | The township board of trustees shall include in the township's |
| 12 | | annual
appropriation for each fiscal year an appropriation of a |
| 13 | | sum of money
sufficient to pay the amount which, by the terms |
| 14 | | of the contract, is to become
due and payable during the |
| 15 | | current fiscal year. |
