1    AN ACT concerning land.
 
2    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:

Article 1.

 
5    Section 1-5. Upon the payment of the sum of $3,450 to the
6State of Illinois, and subject to the condition set forth in
7Section 1-25 of this Act, the People of the State of Illinois
8hereby release the following described land located in
9Whiteside County, Illinois from all dedication and easement
10rights and interest acquired for highway purposes:

12    A part of Lot 5 in Block 5 as designated upon the Plat of
13    Oltman Park Subdivision, a subdivision of the Northeast

18descriptions of the property to be conveyed, and this Section
19within 60 days after its effective date and, upon receipt of
20the payment required by the Section or Sections, if any payment
21is required, shall record the certified document in the
22Recorder's Office in the county in which the land is located.
