19 | | within 60 days after its effective date and, upon receipt of |
20 | | the payment required by the Section or Sections, if any payment |
21 | | is required, shall record the certified document in the |

4 | | Section 10-10. The conveyances of real property authorized |
5 | | by Section 10-5 shall be made subject to: (1) existing public |
6 | | utilities, existing public roads, and any and all reservations, |
7 | | easements, encumbrances, covenants and restrictions of record; |
8 | | and (2) the express condition that if said real property ceases |
9 | | to be used for public purposes, it shall revert to the State of |
10 | | Illinois, Department of Natural Resources. |
11 | | Section 10-15. The Director of Natural Resources shall |
12 | | obtain a certified copy of the portions of this Act containing |
13 | | the title, the enacting clause, the effective date, the |
14 | | appropriate Section or Sections containing the land |
15 | | descriptions of the property to be conveyed, and this Section |
16 | | within 60 days after its effective date and, upon receipt of |
17 | | the payment required by the Section or Sections, if any payment |
18 | | is required, shall record the certified document in the |
19 | | Recorder's Office in the county in which the land is located.
