AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3241

2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3241 on page 8, by
3inserting after line 7 the following:
 
4    "Section 1-22. Upon the payment of the sum of $134,667 to
5the State of Illinois, and subject to the condition set forth
6in Section 1-25 of this Act, the People of the State of
7Illinois hereby release the following described land located in
8DuPage County, Illinois from all dedication and easement
9rights, and interest acquired for highway purposes:

11    All of Tract 2 (now known as Oak Street) being part of the
12    Southwest Quarter of Section 15, Township 39 North, Range 9
13    East of the Third Principal Meridian according to the Deed
