| 5 | | level sport" with "amateur-level or collegiate-level sport"; |

| 7 | | on page 18, immediately below line 1, by inserting the |
| 8 | | following: |
| 9 | | "(j) A fantasy sport contest operator shall not offer a |
| 10 | | fantasy sport contest that involves an amateur-level or |
| 11 | | collegiate-level sport."; and
|
| 12 | | on page 28, line 9, by deleting "and"; and
|
| 13 | | on page 28, by replacing lines 10 and 11 with the following: |
| 14 | | "(5) 22.5% of annual fantasy sports contest revenues in |
| 15 | | excess of $15,000,000 but not exceeding $25,000,000; and |
