| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Fish and Aquatic Life Code is amended by |
| 5 | | changing Section 20-11 as follows:

| 6 | | (515 ILCS 5/20-11)

| 7 | | Sec. 20-11. Inland trout stamp. Any individual taking or |
| 8 | | attempting to
take trout in all waters except Lake Michigan |
| 9 | | shall, in addition to any other
license required by this Code, |
| 10 | | first obtain an inland trout stamp authorized by
the

| 11 | | Department. Individuals not required to obtain a license are |

to obtain an inland trout stamp. |
