AMENDMENT TO HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION 101

2    AMENDMENT NO. ___. Amend House Joint Resolution 101 by
3replacing lines 7 through 13 with the following:
 
4    "RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
5NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE
6SENATE CONCURRING HEREIN, that each of the school district
7waiver appeal requests identified below by school district name
8and by the identifying number and subject area of the waiver
9request as summarized in the report filed by the State Board of
10Education is disapproved:
11        (1) Marquardt SD 15 - DuPage, WM300-6029-A (appeal),
12    transitional bilingual education;
13        (2) Barrington CUSD 200, Lake County, WM200-6027-A,
14    Illinois Kindergarten Individual Development Survey;
15        (3) Glencoe SD 35, Cook County, WM200-6034-A, Illinois
16    Kindergarten Individual Development Survey;
17        (4) Wilmette SD 39, Cook County, WM200-6058-A,

5    RESOLVED, That the request made by Eswood CCSD 269 - Ogle
6with respect to non-resident tuition, identified in the report
7filed by the State Board of Education as request WM100-6062, is
8approved to claim average daily attendance for non-resident
9students for purposes of collecting general State aid, but
10disapproved in the ability to charge those non-resident
11students a reduced tuition cost of $2,500; and be it further
 
12    RESOLVED, That the request made by Indian Prairie CUSD 204 -
13 DuPage with respect to general State aid, identified in the
14report filed by the State Board of Education as request
15WM100-6088-1, is approved for 2 years and disapproved for the
16remaining 3 years; and be it further
 
17    RESOLVED, That the request made by Community Unit School
18District 300 - Kane with respect to instructional time,
19identified in the report filed by the State Board of Education
20as request WM100-6126-1, is approved for 2 years and
21disapproved for the remaining 3 years; and be it further
 
22    RESOLVED, That the remaining requests in the Report on
