2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1895 on page 6, | ||||||
3 | line 6, after the period, by inserting "Each applicant for | ||||||
4 | licensure as a behavior analyst shall have his or her | ||||||
5 | fingerprints submitted to the Department of State Police in the | ||||||
6 | form and manner prescribed by the Department of State Police. | ||||||
7 | These fingerprints shall be electronically transmitted through | ||||||
8 | a live scan fingerprint vendor licensed by the Department. | ||||||
9 | These fingerprints shall be checked against the Department of | ||||||
10 | State Police and the Federal Bureau of Investigation criminal | ||||||
11 | history record information database now and hereafter filed. | ||||||
12 | The Department of State Police shall charge a fee for | ||||||
13 | conducting the criminal history records check, which shall be | ||||||
14 | deposited in the State Police Services Fund and shall not | ||||||
15 | exceed the actual cost of the Illinois and national criminal | ||||||
16 | history record check. The Department of State Police shall | ||||||
17 | furnish, pursuant to positive identification, records of all | ||||||
18 | Illinois convictions to the Department."; and
