| 4 | 1, on page 3, by replacing lines 1 through 5 with the | ||||||

| 6 | "services contracts entered into on and after the effective | ||||||
| 7 | date of this Act. | ||||||
| 8 | (b) This Act does not apply to contracts for snow removal | ||||||
| 9 | or ice control services on public roads or with public bodies. | ||||||
| 10 | (c) This Act does not apply to an insurance policy, a | ||||||
| 11 | surety bond, or workers' compensation. | ||||||
| 12 | (d) This Act does not affect any immunities or | ||||||
| 13 | affirmative".
