2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

4 | | Section 5. The Adjutant General, on behalf of the State of |
5 | | Illinois and the Department of Military Affairs, is authorized |
6 | | to convey by Quitclaim Deed all right, title, and interest of |
7 | | the State of Illinois and the Department of Military Affairs in |
8 | | and to the real estate described in Section 10 to the |
9 | | Beardstown Park District, subject to the conditions and |
10 | | restriction described in Section 15. |
11 | | Section 10. The Adjutant General is authorized to convey |
12 | | the following described real property: |
13 | | Parcel No. 1 |
14 | | Part of the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4), Section Fourteen |
15 | | (14), Township Eighteen (18) North, Range Twelve (12) West of |
16 | | the Third Principal Meridian, Cass County, Illinois, described |

1 | | Section 15. The Adjutant General shall not convey the real |
2 | | property described in Section 10 to the Beardstown Park |
3 | | District until the Adjutant General determines that the |
4 | | property is no longer required for military purposes. |
5 | | Conveyance of the above real property will be in an "as is" |
6 | | condition, and the Beardstown Park District will pay all |
7 | | required costs and expenses for the conveyance, as determined |
8 | | by the Adjutant General. The Quitclaim Deed shall state on its |
9 | | face and be subject to the condition that if the property is no |
10 | | longer used for public purposes, then title shall revert |
11 | | without further action to the State of Illinois. |
12 | | Section 20. The Adjutant General shall obtain a certified |
13 | | copy of this Act from the Secretary of State within 60 days |
14 | | after its effective date and, upon the conveyance of the real |
15 | | estate described in Section 10 being made, shall cause the |
16 | | certified copy of this Act to be recorded in the office of the |
17 | | Recorder of Cass County.

18 | | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
19 | | becoming law.
