Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Criminal Code of 1961. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

Adds reference to:
725 ILCS 5/108-8from Ch. 38, par. 108-8

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Code of Criminal Procedure of 1963. Provides that all necessary and reasonable force may be used to execute a search warrant for the taking of blood, hair, or other materials from a person's body when the subject of the search warrant is resisting execution of the search warrant.
