Synopsis As Introduced
Revokes and rescinds specified Executive Orders and abolishes the entities created by those Executive Orders. Provides that, to the extent authorized by law and required to facilitate the termination of the administration of an abolished entity, functions related to the abolished entity are transferred to the Department of Central Management Services or an appropriate agency designated by the Governor's Office. Terminates the terms of members appointed to the abolished entities. Contains provisions regarding: other abolished entities; savings; other action by the Governor; prior executive orders; severability; and other matters. Effective immediately.
