Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Regulatory Sunset Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

House Floor Amendment No. 1

	Deletes reference to:

	Adds reference to:
	5 ILCS 465/10

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Flag Display Act. Requires the Governor to issue an official notice to fly flags at half-staff upon the death of a resident Emergency Medical Services (EMS) crew member who is killed in the line of duty. Requires the Department of Public Health to notify the Governor of the death in the line of duty of a resident EMS crew member.
