Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Municipal Code. Provides that a hauler licensed to provide waste hauling service in a municipality must offer the municipality an option to install on the hauler's trucks a protective chute to prevent waste spillage when depositing waste into the trucks. Provides that the waste hauler may charge an extra fee for the cost and installation of the protective chute.
