55 ILCS 5/5-1062.2 new

Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Counties Code. Authorizes counties to adopt, implement, and enforce a sediment and erosion control program to mitigate the effects of increased stormwater run-off due to new development or redevelopment within the county. Provides that the county may adopt a schedule of fees as necessary to mitigate the effects of increased stormwater runoff. Effective immediately.
