Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Wildlife Code. Changes the fee for a pheasant hunting stamp from a maximum of $15 to an amount set by rule of the Department of Natural Resources.

House Committee Amendment No. 1
Changes the fee for a pheasant hunting stamp from an amount set by rule of the Department of Natural Resources to an amount not to exceed $20 in 2004 through 2006 and not to exceed $25 in 2007 and thereafter.
