Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Emergency Telephone System Act. Provides that a municipality or a county may impose, pursuant to a referendum, a monthly surcharge of $0.10 per network connection for the purpose of purchasing and maintaining automated external defibrillators in schools, parks, and other public places.
