Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Property Tax Extension Limitation Law of the Property Tax Code. In the definition of "debt service extension base", provides that for certain taxing districts, the term means an extension for payment of principal and interest "on bonds that are obligations of the taxing district issued without referendum" (instead of "on bonds issued by the taxing district without referendum"). Effective immediately.
