Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Election Code. Makes a technical change in a Section establishing the State Board of Elections.

Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Election Code. Provides that the electronic centralized statewide voter registration list may be viewed at the Springfield office of the State Board of Elections under security measures adopted by the Board, except during the 27 days before an election. Provides that the list may not be printed, duplicated, transmitted, or altered by the person viewing it at the Board office. Effective immediately.
