Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Wildlife Code. Provides that the Department of Natural Resources may issue crossbow permits to persons age 60 and older upon appropriate verification of age. Effective immediately.

House Committee Amendment No. 1
Provides that the use of a crossbow by persons age 60 or older is permitted under the Wildlife Code without issuance of a permit to that person (instead of requiring verification of the person's age before a permit is issued to the person).

Senate Floor Amendment No. 1
Provides that the Department of Natural Resources may issue crossbow permits to persons age 62 and older (instead of 60 and older) upon appropriate verification of age.
