Synopsis As Introduced
Requires the Commission on Government Forecasting and Accountability to issue a request for proposals for an independent contractor to conduct a study to determine whether there is a disparity between (i) the wages and benefits paid to the clinical, programmatic, and direct-care employees of community-based agencies or programs that are funded by the Department of Human Services to serve individuals with developmental disabilities or mental illness, or both, and (ii) the wages and benefits paid to comparable employees in State-operated facilities.
