Synopsis As Introduced
Urges the Department of Healthcare and Family Services to track the recent areas of residence of Covering ALL KIDS Health Insurance Program enrollees to ensure that the Program is successfully enrolling uninsured children historically residing in Illinois.

Replaces everything after the heading. Urges the Department of Healthcare and Family Services, in completing the study required under Section 45 of the Covering ALL KIDS Health Insurance Act, to assess the extent to which the availability of the Covering ALL KIDS Health Insurance Program has increased the movement of families into the State.
