Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Recreational Trails of Illinois Act with respect to the Off-Highway Vehicle Trails Fund. Removes the prohibition of using moneys in the Fund for construction of motorized recreational trails on Department of Natural Resources owned or managed land. Effective immediately.

Governor Amendatory Veto Message
Recommends that the Department of Natural Resources be prohibited from using money from the Off-Highway Vehicle Trails Fund for construction of motorized recreation trails on land owned or managed by the Department unless the recreation areas are acquired after the effective date of the bill.
