Synopsis As Introduced
Creates the State Employment Credit Check Act. Provides that if a credit check is required by a State agency as part of the employment application process, the credit check must be conducted at the beginning of the application process and not at the end of that process.

House Floor Amendment No. 1
Provides that the credit check must be conducted at the beginning of the interview process (rather than the beginning of the application process).
