Synopsis As Introduced
Creates the House Illinois Health Survey Task Force to study the feasibility of implementing an Illinois Health Survey (a survey of the health status, access to health services, and other health related issues of the Illinois population) and report by January 11, 2008.

House Committee Amendment No. 1
Deletes a provision providing that the House Illinois Health Survey Task force may consult with the director or the representative of the Illinois Assistive Technology Project. Provides that the Task Force may consult with the directors or representatives of projects that specialize in assistive technology services. Provides that the Task Force, with the help of the Department of Public Health, shall submit a written report, addressing issues relating to its feasibility, to all members of the General Assembly, the Governor's office, and relevant State agencies no later than January 11, 2008.
