Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Military Property Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning conveyance of property for military purposes.

Deletes reference to:

Adds reference to:
20 ILCS 3005/7.6 new

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Governor's Office of Management and Budget Act. Creates the Governmental Transparency Task Force. Directs the Task Force to study proposals to make the State budgeting process the most transparent, publicly-accessible budgeting process in the nation and to report its findings to the Governor and General Assembly by no later than January 1, 2015. Directs the Governor's Office of Management and Budget to provide administrative support to the Task Force and to provide to legislative staff upon request any information related to the scope of the Task Force's work.

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the State Budget Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Creates a working group within the commission established for the purpose of advising the Governor in setting outcomes and goals. Provides that the working group shall study proposals to make the State budgeting process the most transparent, publicly-accessible budgeting process in the nation. Requires the working group to submit a report to the Governor, the General Assembly, and the Commission. Provides that the Section creating the working group is repealed on January 1, 2016.
