Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Film Production Services Tax Credit Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning applications for certification.

Adds reference to:
New Act
35 ILCS 5/213

Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Creates the Film Production Services Tax Credit Act of 2008, which replaces and is intended to be a continuation of the Film Production Services Tax Credit Act (which was repealed on January 1, 2008). Provides that the Film Production Services Tax Credit Act of 2008 is repealed on January 1, 2009. Amends the Illinois Income Tax Act to make a corresponding change. Effective immediately.
