Amends the Design-Build Procurement Act. Eliminates the Act's July 1, 2009 repeal provision. Effective immediately.

Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Design-Build Procurement Act. Changes the Act's repeal date from July 1, 2009, to July 1, 2014. Effective immediately.

Senate Committee Amendment No. 1
Adds reference to:
30 ILCS 537/30

Further amends the Design-Build Procurement Act. Requires that a proposal include proposed compliance with the Business Enterprise for Minorities, Females, and Persons with Disabilities Act in both the design and construction areas of performance.
