Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Children's Privacy Protection and Parental Empowerment Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning information brokers.

Senate Floor Amendment No. 1
Deletes reference to:
325 ILCS 17/15
Adds reference to:
325 ILCS 5/7.4from Ch. 23, par. 2057.4

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Abused and Neglected Child Reporting Act. Provides that the "differential response program" shall become a permanent program on July 1, 2016 (rather than January 1, 2015), upon completion of the demonstration project period. Effective immediately.
