Senate Committee Amendment No. 1 Adds the Immaculate Conception Church to the list of locations linked by the Kaskaskia-Cahokia Trail. Adds language regarding the location of the Liberty Bell of the West. Adds a final section to the Kaskaskia-Cahokia Trail Scenic and Historic Route which extends into the Village of Kaskaskia.
Senate Committee Amendment No. 2 Specifies the "Ten Most Historic Places in Illinois" as the list created by Landmarks Illinois in which the Kaskaskia-Cahokia Trail was named.
