Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Criminal Code of 1961. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

House Committee Amendment No. 1
Deletes reference to:
720 ILCS 5/1-1
Adds reference to:
720 ILCS 5/11-9.3

Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Criminal Code of 1961. Prohibits a child sex offender from loitering within 500 feet of a school building or real property comprising any school (rather than loitering on a public way within 500 feet of a school building or real property comprising any school).
