Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Cook County Forest Preserve Article of the Illinois Pension Code. Clarifies the provision that a person who is convicted of a felony relating to or arising out of or in connection with his or her service as an employee may not receive any of the benefits provided in that Article. Effective immediately.

 The fiscal impact of HB 2138 cannot be calculated, but is expected to be minor.
