Illinois General Assembly - Bill Status for HB3535

Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Prevailing Wage Act. Provides that the transportation of aggregate materials to or from the job site shall be deemed to be employment on public works. Eliminates a provision that the processing of non-aggregate materials shall not be deemed to be employment on public works.
