Amends the General Obligation Bond Act. Increases by $200,000,000 the amount of bonds that may be issued for the acquisition, development, construction, reconstruction, improvement, financing, architectural planning and installation of buildings, structures, durable equipment, land, and interest in land for the purpose of the Illinois Open Land Trust Program. Effective immediately.
