Amends the Funeral Directors and Embalmers Licensing Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning legislative intent.

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Professional Engineering Practice Act of 1989. In a provision concerning the minimum standards for licensure, provides that a graduate of a non-approved engineering curriculum or a related science curriculum of at least 4 years must submit an application to the Department for its review and approval of the curriculum. In a provision concerning the minimum standards for qualifying for enrollment as an engineer intern, provides that a graduate of a non-approved engineering curriculum or a related science curriculum of at least 4 years must submit an application to the Department for its review and approval of the curriculum. Provides that an applicant for licensure must submit proof that he or she has passed the required written examinations. Makes other changes.
