Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the Department of Professional Regulation.

20 ILCS 3501/845-40
20 ILCS 3501/845-90 new

Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Illinois Finance Authority Act. Deletes provisions concerning facilities used for religious purposes from certain definitions. Makes changes concerning quorum and voting requirements at meetings. Provides that the Executive Director of the Authority may countersign checks or drafts on behalf of the Authority. Provides that the State pledges to and agrees with the holders of bonds and the beneficial owners of securities that the State shall not limit or restrict the rights vested in the Authority concerning bonds and securities. Requires the Authority to maintain bond funding levels for certain programs.

Adds an immediate effective date.
