Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Conveyances Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the Act's short title.

Senate Committee Amendment No. 1
Deletes everything. Releases certain easements for highway purposes in Rock Island, Woodford, Grundy, Champaign, and Adams counties. Authorizes the Secretary of Transportation to convey certain property in Winnebago, Ogle, Sangamon, Adams, St. Clair, and Lee counties. Restores certain rights or easements of access in connection with U.S. Route 40. Effective immediately.

Senate Floor Amendment No. 2
Authorizes the Secretary of Transportation to convey certain property in DuPage and Sangamon counties. Releases certain easements for highway purposes in Livingston and Champaign counties. Releases a dedication for highway purposes in Tazewell County. Authorizes the Director of Corrections to convey certain property in DuPage County and to grant temporary construction easements over certain property in DuPage County. Authorizes the Director of Natural Resources to convey certain property in Sangamon County.
