Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Environmental Protection Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning legislative findings.

Adds reference to:
415 ILCS 5/22.14from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 1022.14

Deletes everything. Amends the Environmental Protection Act. In provisions relating to garbage transfer stations, defines the term "established" to mean the date of application for local siting approval. Provides that this is declaratory of existing law and shall apply to all currently pending applications and appeals. Effective immediately.
