Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Economic Development for a Growing Economy Tax Credit Act. Provides that an applicant that otherwise meets the requirements of this Act but that does not meet the investment requirements of the Act is eligible for the credit allowed under the Act if the applicant's investment and hiring of new employees results from business generated either directly or indirectly by the presence of the Greater Rockford Airport. Effective immediately.
