Synopsis As Introduced
Makes appropriations to the Office of the State's Attorney Appellate Prosecutor for its ordinary and contingent expenses. Effective July 1, 2003.

House Committee Amendment No. 1
Deletes everything. Makes FY04 appropriations to the Office of the State's Attorney Appellate Prosecutor, the State Appellate Defender, and the Judicial Inquiry Board. Effective July 1, 2003.
