Synopsis As Introduced
Appropriates $2 from the General Revenue Fund to the Judges' Retirement System for its FY04 ordinary and contingent expenses. Effective July 1, 2003.

Senate Floor Amendment No. 1
Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Makes appropriations for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2003 to the following: the Civil Service Commission; the Illinois Council on Developmental Disabilities; the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Commission; the Drycleaner Environmental Response Trust Fund Council; the Department of Financial Institutions; the Department of Human Rights; the Human Rights Commission; the Department of Insurance; the Department of Labor; the Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority; the Office of Banks and Real Estate; the Prisoner Review Board; the State Employees' Retirement System; the Judges Retirement System; the General Assembly Retirement System; the Teachers' Retirement System; the State Universities Retirement System; the Illinois Sports Facilities Authority. Effective July 1, 2003.

Governor Reduction Veto PA Message
Reduces the amount appropriated to the Board of Trustees of the Judges' Retirement System for the State's contribution. Approves all other line items of appropriation in the bill.
