740 ILCS 10/3.1 new

Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Antitrust Act. Provides that it is a violation of the Act for a cigarette manufacturer to engage in the listed activities with regard to the way a retailer handles the manufacturer's products or the products of another manufacturer. Provides that the prohibition applies to contracts or agreements entered into or renewed on or after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 93rd General Assembly. Effective immediately.
