Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Bingo License and Tax Act. For restricted licenses (those licenses that are issued to senior citizens organizations) raises the maximum price for a single card from 5 cents to $1 and raises the maximum aggregate retail value of all prizes and merchandise that may be awarded in one game of bingo from $1 to $20.

House Floor Amendment No. 1
Further amends the Bingo License and Tax Act. Provides that, for bingo games conducted pursuant to a restricted license, the aggregate retail value of all prizes and merchandise awarded to a particular participant in a 24-hour period may not exceed $20.
