Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Capital Development Board Act. Requires the Board by January 1, 2004, to adopt an energy code for the construction or repair of facilities funded by General Assembly appropriations. Effective immediately.

 Fiscal Note (Capital Development Board)
The Capital Development Board already requires the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-conditioning Engineers, Inc. standards in its project specifications. To codify these as standards would incur no cost. Codifying is not necessary since these are already policy standards.
