Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that the Secretary of State shall (rather than may) provide, by rule, that an application for a drivers license must (rather than may) include a suitable photograph of the applicant and shall (rather than may) further provide that each drivers license shall include a photograph of the driver. Provides that the Secretary shall (rather than may) use a photograph process or system most suitable to deter alteration or improper reproduction of a drivers license or the substitution of another photo on a license.
