Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the State Finance Act concerning the Secretary of State Special Services Fund. Provides that receipts in a fiscal year exceeding $22,000,000 (instead of $19,000,000) shall be transferred from the Fund to the Statistical Services Revolving Fund. Effective July 1, 2003.

Fiscal Note (Department of Central Management Services)
The fiscal impact of HB 497 would be reduced cash flow in the Statistical Services Revolving Fund due to the Secretary of State retaining most, if not all, of the funds that might be transferred in the SSRF under the current bill.
