Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that the Secretary of State shall adopt rules requiring that reasonable measures be taken to prevent the fraudulent production of insurance cards. Effective January 1, 2005.

 The Secretary of State's Office estimates a minimal fiscal impact as a result of House Bill 5175.
