Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Liquor Control Act of 1934. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the sale of alcoholic liquor.

House Committee Amendment No. 1
Deletes reference to:
235 ILCS 5/6-13
Adds reference to:
235 ILCS 5/6-15from Ch. 43, par. 130

Deletes everything. Amends the Liquor Control Act of 1934. Authorizes the sale of alcoholic liquor in a restaurant that is operated by a commercial tenant in the North Campus Parking Deck building that (1) is located at 1201 West University Avenue, Urbana, Illinois and (2) is owned by the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois. Effective immediately.
